Imagine that you have a laptop and need to work on if from your office, but also from home. In order to connect to the network from your workplace, you will need to set up your Internet connection manually and add the IP information yourself, while at home, you just need to plug your LAN cable and all the settings will be loaded automatically. It may become annoying after a while to change your network settings over and over again. This is why the NetCon application was created.

This Windows program allows you to use profiles for changing your network card settings. In this way, you will only need to make a single click in order to modify your network settings, without requiring to enter all the IP information manually. After the program has been installed and launched, the user is presented with an intuitive interface, which allows him to easily define profiles.

By default, there are three profiles available, but the user can add as many as he wants. When configuring a network profile, the user can add the IP information manually or he can have it read from DHCP. In the future, when he will want to change his network settings, he will only need to click on the right profile and everything will be changed automatically.

For making it easier to find a certain profile, each of them can be renamed. The application supports virtually any network card and can even work with multiple network cards installed in the same computer. There is even support for WIFI adapters. For making it easier to find a desired profile, its IP configuration will be displayed in the left part of the interface, when clicking on it.
